Eurojust's cases

According to Article 13 of Council Decision 2009/426/JHA, Member States are under a general obligation to exchange with Eurojust ‘any information necessary for the performance of its tasks’. This allows for the exchange of personal data of suspects and offenders in cases of serious crime affecting two or more Member States, which may include biographical data, contact details, DNA profiles, fingerprints, photographs and telecommunication traffic and location data
