A total of 104 women were elected to the 115th Congress: 83 serve in the House (62 Democrats and 21 Republicans) and 21 in the Senate (16 Democrats and 5 Republicans). Five non-voting members in the House (four Delegates; one Resident Commissioner) are also women.
