Sub-dimensions of digital skills in the EU

Comparing the individual sub-dimensions of digital skills, it becomes clear that the share of persons having ICT skills is higher than the share of those with content-creation and problem-solving skills. Accordingly, only 25 % of EU citizens have no information skills and 30 % have no communication skills, while 36 % have no content-creation and problem-solving skills. Amongst those who have skills, these are generally above average for information, communication-and content-creation skills. For problem-solving, however, this is not the case.
