The bar chart above shows the number of positive final decisions on applications for international protection lodged by children in the EU Member States, while the line chart reflects the share of positive decisions among all final decisions. By comparing this share with that at first instance (see line chart in Figure 9), it can be seen that the chances of children getting a positive final decision are considerably lower than at first instance, and are at similar levels to adults’ final decisions.
