Another indication of national prioritisation in smart and sustainable transport is provided by the relative share of funding allocated to this area within each national plan (Figure 2). Sixteen Member States allocate a share above the overall average of 12.8 %. The highest relative contribution is observed in Luxembourg, which dedicates 47.2 % of its NRRP to smart and sustainable transport, followed by Austria (30.7 %) and Malta (30.5 %), despite Malta’s low absolute allocation. By contrast, the lowest relative shares are recorded in Greece (1.9 %), Finland (5.1 %) and Lithuania (5.9 %).
