A total of 126 women voting members were elected to the 116th Congress: 101 to the House (88 Democrats and 13 Republicans) and 25 to the Senate (17 Democrats and 8 Republicans). Four nonvoting members in the House (three Delegates; one Resident Commissioner) are also women.
