This two percentage point overall increase in support for more EU involvement in security is not, however, shared evenly across EU countries. The most significant increase is registered in Germany (increase of 13 percentage points), Denmark and Finland (increase of 10 and 9 percentage points respectively). The most significant decrease is noted in Italy and Austria, by 11 and 10 percentage points respectively (see Figure 2).
